Support for Autistic Individuals & Their Caregivers

A woman sitting on a couch, smiling, holding a tablet and a yellow pencil.

Whether you’re newly navigating an autism diagnosis or have been walking this path for years, you’re not alone.

As an autistic registered nurse, certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, and long-time advocate, I offer personalized guidance, emotional support, and practical tools for both autistic individuals and the people who love and support them.

For Autistic Individuals:

I provide a safe, affirming space to:

  • Explore and understand your neurotype without judgment or pressure to “mask”

  • Build self-advocacy skills and confidence in navigating systems (like school, healthcare, or employment)

  • Identify accommodations that actually work for you in daily life

  • Process challenges like burnout, sensory overload, or relationship difficulties—with someone who gets it

For Caregivers and Parents:

I help you:

  • Understand autism through a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming lens

  • Communicate more effectively and compassionately with your child or loved one

  • Identify supports that reduce distress and increase connection

  • Navigate complex systems like IEPs, healthcare access, and behavioral plans—with clarity and confidence

  • Access and learn about support resources for you and your person

I don’t offer cookie-cutter advice—I offer individualized, realistic support rooted in clinical expertise and lived experience. My goal is always the same: to promote understanding, reduce overwhelm, and help every autistic person feel seen, respected, and supported.

Compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming support rooted in lived experience and clinical expertise.

Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, supporting a loved one, or building more inclusive systems, I offer practical, judgment-free guidance tailored to your needs.
