Transformative Care from an Autistic Mental Health Practitioner

Choosing the right guide on your healing journey can make all the difference. My approach is shaped not only by 20 years of professional experience as a registered nurse, but also by my lived experience as an autistic person. That combination allows me to notice things others might miss—and to create a space where nuance, honesty, and genuine human connection are honored.

Because I understand firsthand what it means to navigate a world that isn’t always built for us, I bring a perspective that can transform how you experience your own healing. Instead of focusing on “fixing” or “masking,” I help you cultivate self-awareness, practical strategies, and sustainable growth. Together, we look at the whole picture—your nervous system, your vocation, your relationships, your environment, your medical needs—and find ways to make each part feel more supportive of who you really are.

Clients often tell me that working with someone who thinks differently helps them see themselves differently. My goal is for you to feel understood in a way that creates safety, curiosity, and the freedom to imagine new possibilities for your life.

Healing isn’t about fitting into what is expected of you by other people or by society. It’s about uncovering the strengths, insights, and tools that are already within you—and learning how to use them with confidence. That’s the care I provide: care that is attentive, collaborative, and deeply human.
